Yes, of course. I compared this firmware with previous(in your link, which i have on the phone now). And noticed that the Monocle firmware, (after extracting files from arhive) is with 2 files less than previous edition. I don't know whether this is normal. I have downloaded the files from the link. But J.A.F reported to me, that the files are missing or corrupt. I noticed, that the section "PPM" is gray, not green as usual, after loading the .ini file. Any idea?
