i have flashed with dead flashing but not sucssecful

my phone has EURO2 GERMANY Black Al 91.004 and then i downloaded this mod but after flash this with Phoenix (by dead usb) it's dead = can not boot. So, i had flash the original firmware (EURO2 GERMANY Black Al) to take it boot normal.
anyone help me plz?
