Po instalacji programu, ESET NOD32 wykrywa w punktach przywracania konia trojańskiego.

Pytanie zatem, czy to false positive, czy naprawdę coś się dzieje ?

To jest fake. Antyvirusy widzą cracka jako wirusa, ale wirusem on nie jest. Mam Phoenixa od lutego i nie mam żadnego wirusa ani nic.

Problem w tym, że program nie wyje podczas pobierania, czy też instalacji.

Po instalacji, po ponownym uruchomieniu komputera w folderze przywracania, w punktach pojawia się "Trojan.Shutdown..".

Z informacji w internecie wnioskuję, że to fake alarm, ale kto tam wie..

Jeśli miałby to być fałszywy alarm od fiksera Phoeniksa, to musiałby jednak wtedy "zawyć".
Najwyraźniej masz już zainfekowany komputer z innego źródła.

co jest grane z tym Phoenixem - wpisuje productcode , wciskam "Vheck...." i wyskakuje okienko z komunikate :

System nie obsługuje kodowania 'utf8'. Wiersz 1, pozycja 31.

wczesniej tak nie bylo, przeinstalowalem nawet system ale nadal to samo
