Problem z Phoenixem

Witam !
Mam problem z Phoenixem
a mianowicie gdy rozwijam listę Connections,nie mam nic.
Zawsze było coś takiego,że było ''USB1'' ''USB2'' ''NO CONNECTIONS''
Dodam,że reinstalacja systemu,phoenixa i całego PC SUITE nic nie pomaga

Przy uruchamianiu mam błąd :

Error loading component

HRESULT 0x80040154 (-2147221164)

Klasa niezarejestrowana.

Ściągnąłeś którąś z pierwszych wersji 2010 i tam jest problem z Nokia Fuse.
Trzy moje ostatnie wrzuty to najnowsze wersje i w nich ten problem nie występuje.
