[E65] Skrypt Python - if nie reaguje na numer telefonu

Witam, mam problem z poniższym skryptem. Nie reaguje on w ogolę na numer telefonu. Chciałbym aby skrypt wydał dźwięk "start komputer" jeśli zadzwoni do mnie telefon z numerem: +4850******3, a każdy inny nie uruchomi tego dźwięku. Wiecie jak takie coś zrobić? Co mam tutaj źle?

Numer telefonu chyba nie jest konieczny dla merytorycznej części kodu, więc profilaktycznie zakrywam. ;)

Nie widze wywołania funkcji handleCall. Program stoi po wypisaniu na ekran wait for call.
